Builders kempton park ****a shop

Pathetic and poor service i received from builders warehouse kempton park, i spent a full hour at the store because all the staff are *********** as if they running a ****a shop at a township, i got to the store to buy using my credit card it declined, i showed the cashier my statement and the positive balance i had on my card, she did not bother to go out of her way to find out what was the problem. I then used my airtime to call the contact centre for assistant, when i got back at the shop i finally bought what i wanted the guy who was assisting me had said that after paying i can go on the other side to wait for him to bring the items we waited and waited he never came only to find out that he knocked off, i asked to speak to the manager but she was not willing to come assist he delicated someone who can not be found in the shop, i left very heart broken to have received such a demeaning service and very inhuman even the staff speak to each other anyhow, there is no sense of agency or what so ever
