Builders Kempton Park Nightmare!!!

Pathetic service from the Kempton Park branch. Left measurements to be quoted on Sunday morning 19/12/2021 with a guy called Blessing. It's 20/12/2021 Monday afternoon and still haven't received a simple quote. Tried calling the branch and got sent from one pillar to another post. Can't get through to any manager because they keep cutting my calls.!!!!!!! Pathetic service if you ask me especially because we have to stop the building 😡
