Builders item in stock status wrong, terrible customer feedback

Bought and paid for item which should in stock on the website to be collected at Builders Warehouse Rosburgh. Called store to find out when I can collect item told they don't have stock, I will be called back with an update, no callback, I call them back one week later, same response. Logged into account today and see main status says 'In Progress' Status within website says 'Cancelled'

Terrible customer experience.
