Builders issues

Poor service in store, asked for standard descent Plascon interior pva paint for wall and got a sealer paint instead. Builders Warehouse N1 City. I am furious and to refund took ages, so we just left it and as contractor, customer did not approve that paint and I had to buy the correct paint from another supplier at better price. Never builders again and their prices are far too high. Issues at Tableview branch at their wood and board cutting section. Never anyone to help and cutting staff rude to help as they are too busy. Buy my wood from decent suppliers now.
