Builders is still in lockdown even after it has been lifted???
Online ordering is a joke! I needed to order some drain cleaner. So I went online and selected "collect" option. I was told it woudl take 5 days!!!! Yes folks 5 days for me to be able to come and collect. What kind of circus are you people running there? The online chat agent told me you are running on skeleton staff? I am wondering if that will be until there is a vaccine for Covid 19. Clearly you are not one of those businesses that is struggling after lockdown! Oh and by the way your message on your answering machine as about 2 months old now....
