Builders is great but Light Worx sucks

I absolutely adore Builders Warehouse but I hate the Light Worx Brand that you sell! I purchased a dimmable LED 9W and it only worked a few days and died. I have reported this to you before. Light Worx globes suck and are a waste of money. I expect you to deliver and exchange as I cannot keep on running around.
