Builders is building a hole for themselves

Tried to buy venetian blinds from builders today. Nobody at the decorland counter.After 8 minutes assistant showed up. Did the paperwork went to pay deposit, but no supervisor or manager available at the till to make the payment. i cancelled and left. At the kitchen cupboard section waited for 12 minutes for the assistant he went out of his way to tell me what i could not have, so i left that section too. They are going down fast no service to bad service.
