Builders is Awful and please beware of them

So i ordered boots 3 weeks ago from builders, and still have not received it, and not even feedback, i emailed and they took 3 days to replay and they only phoned to say they will find out what is wrong, and still nothing, they are pathetic and very cunning, i will never order anything from them online, now i do not even know how to get my money back rather because they do not reply, so they ***** peoples money
