This is the worst online experience I have ever received in my life . I requested a refund for a heater purchased at Builders Warehouse centurion since your useless sales people said there was only a display available, which they failed to stare at inception . Now it’s been months and we are still waiting for the refund since we no longer require the heater . The reference number is : *** and you have since communicated that the refund was as done but there is no proof of payment or money in the account . I request that you send me back my hard earned money because I do not want to go to your store and make it uncomfortable for other customers to shop because I can take it there if you wish to take me for a ride . The proof of accounts was sent and everything so I do not expect some consultant to call me and ask me to resubmit, i will do no such .
