Builders invest more on client relations

Am a regular customer at this shop but the service is so dissapointing. I spent a whole hour today in the Mafikeng store looking for a bath sealant since there were no assistants in the shop I had to read through all the possible products that I could use. I went to the flower section there was a guy there still assisting other customers. I patiently waited for my turn, then I decided to leave because since he left me there unattended, my patience had worn off. When I went to the car he was coming back from the packing lot. I then expressed my dissatisfaction he just told me that he was assisting customers. That's the same answer I received from Thabo Pitso. So if he was busy with other customers couldn't he ask someone to assist me in the meantime rather than leaving me there like a destitute. He satisfied one client and lost others due to lack of attiquet. Customer service is really one the most scares commodities in this country.
