Builders Intentionally Delaying Refund

I ordered a retractable awning from Builders Warehouse online. I awaited delivery on my item and the delivery dates and follow-up dates were missed without explanation. Fed up I canceled the order and asked for a refund which I was told would take 2-3 days to reflect in my account. A week later there is still nothing and I call again. I am told the money is on my "profile" or I should go to the store. I advise that I payed from my bank account and was told that is where my refund would be reflected. I am then asked for proof of my banking information and a copy of my ID if I want the refund to go to my account. This is absolutely ridiculous. They merely have to return it to the account from which it came
