BUILDERS- INEFFICIENT
Get your act together Builders Warehouse!!!! I have several bad experiences at Builders Warehouse Rivonia and Like a lot of other people, I tolerate and tolerate but perhaps its better to speak up otherwise nothing will improve. I went in last week Wednesday to enquire about a pensioners discount. Apparently they needed to go through the system and load it on my profile( my DOB is on there so they should already know I'm a pensioner. We were having issues logging on so tried with the OTP , which it didnt accept either and then locked my account. The lady in Builders phoned Head office but couldnt get any assistance and was told to log a ticket. This she did - 5 days ago!!!! still no feedback. I then went online and tried to resolve this myself - nothing and I logged a query/ ticket. no response. Today, I called Head office to be told, they cant help me- it has to go to a specific department and when Limpho checked the system- no tickets were logged . All this for a simple password change and unlocking of the account?!

20 Dec 2023, 09:46NS, No thanks to you ( zero follow up ) or your inefficient team, I managed to resolve the situation with Lungile on the phone this morning. She was pleasant and I refused to get off the call until it was sorted.
Your teams need serious training as no one else was able to assist- not in store or online. It was absolutely frustrating to say the least
