Builders incompentent staff
Can't give me an invoice/delivery address of 2 orders that was placed on my account, it is my account which is **********ly being used to make purchases yet they can't assist me. Made a case and sent it to their ***** department.
Bedworthpark staff is rude especially money market counter, needless to say their call center is useless as well.
Card and sale was blocked(no proof given that it was blocked) by RCS ***** department but no ETA on when or if these amounts will be reversed.
