This is a terribly run business. I had the displeasure of dealing with their craighall branch I tell you I have had better service in a tavern at 02.30 in the morning. They completely messed up my order and I suspect the staff even tried to pocket the money from my order.

After having written a bad review about the terrible service that I received from the Craighall branch, I received a call from the Branch Manager. She wanted confront me about my review and spoke in an intimidating manner. She didn’t apologize or take any responsibility. She just asked if I am happy about damaging their reputation. I don’t know how she got my number or why she felt that she can call me to intimidate me. These people have my person details and my address now I don’t feel safe because if she can log in to the system to get my cellphone number for a confrontation. Then what is to stop her from taking my address and coming to confront me at my home. This is going from bad to worse.
