Builders Helderberg, no service at all

We went to Builders Warehouse Helderberg at around 17H00 on the 13.12.2024 to buy 20L mixed paint for the coming long weekend. Foolishly stood around waiting for assistance at the paint section but no one in sight ANYWHERE or in any isle (another customer joked they’ve all gone home already which I actually reckon was 100% spot on). So why be open until 6pm? I approached the information desk at the front asking for some assistance at the paint division for us as well as the 2 other parties standing around waiting when the super intelligent response I got was “do I want to buy paint”. Nothing came of this (they didn't even request help over the PA system since there clearly wasn't anyone to assist & they knew it) so we left our goods we had picked & left the store empty handed. This is exactly why I always rather buy from real, competent hardware shops like Buco & Build It.
