Builders Headoffice and Secunda is *****ing my money and placing false adverti*****ts

This is another complaint as i am still waiting for feedback from headoffice since monday, Builders headoffice is just as pathetic as Builders Secunda. can i please get feedback, 6 weeks now waiting for a freezer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(this complaint was already logged)Builders Secunda - On 8/02/2020 i ordered a freezer by builders Secunda, up to now i haven't got any feedback, I have to call them every 2 days and ask what is happening, in the meantime we are sitting without a freezer that we desperately need. They tried giving us a smaller freezer and also tried giving us a fridge, but we paid for a certain size freezer and that is what we want, if it is a different brand it will still be fine with us, but we cant wait another 5 weeks for a freezer. Up to now i am still waiting for a solution.
