Builders have my R11000 and I have no Inverter delivered

On 28th October 2021 I bought an inverter online at R11000, to date builders failed to provide me with an update on my delivery but they have my money in their bank account. I have spend my airtime to call after Builders warehouse just to get the run around. When I placed the order the store that I chose had one unit in stock and while doing the online purchase I was also informed that the delivery would have been on 07th November 2021, to date no update or message from Builders Warehouse or a call back after my call earlier today. I think it is not fair that Builders Warehouse sit with my money and my company is now thinking I am lying about purchasing this inverter as they already refunded me and the loadshedding continues.
