Builders has very poor customer care and the slowest delivery service.

I ordered a fridge from Builders Warehouse on the 29th of August 2021. My order number is *** and I opted for my delivery to be on the 4th of September 2021. The fridge was never delivered and still has not been delivered. I called the customer centre yesterday and the network was not working so the consultant who was dealing with the issue said they would call back and did not call back. The status of my fridge order online keeps indicating that the order is in progress. Today is the 15th of September and I still do not have my fridge and its now summer and I really need it. Builders, please deliver my fridge this Saturday the 18th of September 2021 or give me back a full refund of my money.

I can't believe that your customer care is so bad after the nation wide South Africa bad looting we witnessed in the country, you punish us who are buying your goods during this difficult time and you do not appreciate our money. Get your act together please.
