Builders has no After sales service

Bought a small lawnmower a while back.now out of Warranty.asked to book it in for a quote. The lady told me if I reject the quote that I will receive my lawnmower stripped and not reassembled.I will never support builders again.I even threw my card on their floor.in the shop.
