Builders has bad service

I ordered online on the 6th of December. However Builders has not communicated the date for my delivery. This is extremely poor service from Builders. I will not be buying there again.

Kindly be aware that a member of builders has reached out to me. However they were only aware of 2 items in my order. The other 2 items are not listed on their side. What does this mean?

Good day, I did not get my full order. My order is missing 5 litre×2 Duram Primer. Why is it so hard for Builders to deliver? This is terrible service honestly!!
