Builders Glen Eagles Horrible Service

I placed an order (and paid) online from Builders Glen Eagles, I received an sms confirmation for my order and tracked the status, delivery reflected as 7 June 2021.No delivery was made, I phoned customer service 3 times that day, every time I was put on hold, or disconnected, at one point customer service committed to phone me back, she never did.I sent an email to customer service and received an sms with a ref nr with communication that I will receive feedback within 48 hours, no feedback has been received. I feel ****med , paid for a product and delivery, no items received. After this I have phoned Builders again my query has been raised again, no results.I am shocked at the horrible service received- or should I say, my money has been taken, no service or products received and complaints being ignored.
