BUILDERS GIVE CLIENT SECOND HAND CUPBOARDS!!!

We bought two DIY Kitchen Cupbourds from Builders. Firstly the delivery was three days late. Then when we opened the one box there was no instructions. We contacted them, then they emailed directions. The second box they sent to us was second hand, as somebody clearly made markings on the doors and the hendges' holes was clearly changed. We contacted them and told them we are very dissapointed that Builders would send us a product that someone else was clearly not happy with. We demanded that they send us a cupboard immediately. We are still to this day waiting for our cupboard.
