builders Gezina Very disappointing experience

On the 22 November 22 around 17:05 I went to buy paint for the entire property I waited over 20 min to be assisted. When someone came after laughing and talking to his co-workers he tells me that if his busy with another customer I must wait theres nothing I can do. Short staffed is not the problem poor management that think we as consumers need to shop there. We really don't we have many other options It's really a shame. Such a beautiful store with such bad service
