BUILDERS EXPRESS...WORST ONLINE STORE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!
On the 1st of August I ordered LED lighting through Builder's online store....on the 20th of August I contacted builders to find out where my order was, only to be told that the order has not been shipped yet....so I decided to cancel the order and requested a refund...I was told that the refund would reflect in my account within seven days...It is now the 10th of September and my second Hellopeter Post, so far four consultants have promised to get back to me regarding my refund but no avail...I cannot believe the terrible service from your team, I mean seriously, how difficult is it to authorize a refund!!!!
