Worst customer experience ever.

I bought a product in January only worked for a month and stopped after. I brought the product back to the store, The floor manager was running around like a headless chicken, the Manger forced the trainee to book in the repair, i tried to speak to the manager but he was so rude he didn't even know what I was saying to him. After returning to the store last week to follow up on the repair the lady at the info desk advised me that it never even leave the store for repairs. As a landlord, my tenants had to bear the suffering of this pathetic behavior. I will never buy a thing from this Branded store again I will rather support my local shops I'm sure I will get the customer service needed. This message will also be broadcasted over all my social platforms so they don't fall for the same pathetic service.
