<p>As a keen gardener and DIY enthusiast I shop at Builders Express basically every weekend where I have gotten to know a number of staff over the years. A few weeks ago I dealt with Shaid at the paint counter and asked where I would find plaster mix. He was extremely helpful and wouldn’t allow me to pick up the cement bags and take them to the till as he wanted to do it for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and its staff like that which make me keep coming back.</p>
