Builders Express Robindale Poor Service

Builders Robindale reversed into my driveway wall during a delivery on the 31 August 2018. Subsequently I tried to phone Builders Robindale and their subcontractor numerous times, they even made me get my own repair quote but now the quote is to steep. Its now the 21 November 2018 and my wall still not repaired this is poor poor service. It is not the consumers responsibility to obtain quotes or be involved at all when ones property is damaged.
