BUILDERS EXPRESS ROBINDALE

On Wednesday 29th September went to Builders Express in Robindale as I needed Roof paint. Carlos in the paint department confirmed that they had 3 drums of Rising Moon sky in stock and another 2 drums at their Craighall Branch. I paid for the paint and delivery for the next day. My roof contractors were onsite doing waterproofing.. Monday the 4th October still no paint, went into see manager Sambulo who undertook to order new stock direct from the factory + keep me informed as to his progress, he promised me delivery by no later Thursday 7th Oct. Sambulo did not contact me once to inform me of the delay in sourcing new stock of paint from the factory, which I later found out was 2 weeks. Today the 8th October I got a refund for the paint they didn't have enough cash yesterday so another trip to the store. My contractor moved on to another job as he could not sit around without paint. Worst service ever from a supplier, even one star is too much for this retailer. I went back to the store four times to find out what the state of the order was. Pathetic !!!! Sambulo is not management material get someone who can do the job.
