BUILDERS EXPRESS ROBBING CUSTOMERS

I placed an online order on the 11/06/2020 (order no. ***) from Builders Express Southgate for an amount of R80 and made a payment from my Bank account. Today (13/06/2020) a lady calls me at 3:25pm and tells me that the courier refuses to deliver as it is to far in Centurion. I asked about the payment I made and she said she doesn't know of the payment and can not tell me if it will be refunded. BUILDERS has now found a new way of robbing customers online as they say courier cannot deliver which is Nonsense. During this Difficult times of Lockdown this is how Builders treats Customers by Robbing them . Please future customers be careful when purchasing from Builders online as they will take your hard earned Cash and not Deliver. Pathetic service from Builders who I will not support in the future.
