Builders Express Raslouw Lifestyle Centre is useless!!

I just received the absolute worst service from Builders Express in Raslouw Lifestyle Centre. The store was dead quiet, I asked for assistance on a wireless drill that wanted to purchase. Stood there waiting for what felt like forever. They called for a store assistant to help me on the loudspeaker system, and even after that there was still no one to assist. I left my full trolley right there and walked out. I do not understand how a store can operate with such horrible service levels. The store always seems dead quiet and this might be the reason for it. They are useless!! Avoid at all cost!!
