Builders Express on line system - very poor service

I was looking for Painters Mate acrylic filler and found it on line at Builders Express - 4 tubes at Ballito, and 1 tube at Durban North. I ordered on line from Durban North and paid and was given a collection date - before 24/05/2020. I made a special trip this morrning (23/05/2020) to collect only to be told that they had no stock and neither did any of their branches. " There must be problem with the on-line system" was the response. Having wasted my time and petrol I was evetually refunded for the item only. An hour after I got home I received an sms to say my order was ready for collection. I phoned to check and was told that this was sent in error. You can be assured that I not be making use of their services ever again.
