Builders express Norwood pathetic !

I purchased a belt sander from a salesman which was promised to be heavy duty this was on Friday 2 Feb 2019.When I got to site and switched it on the piece of plastic junk was not at all heavy duty it was extremely hot after just 15min of use so a packed it up and tried to return it on the Sunday to builders express Norwood where even after explaining a million times that the ryobi 1200watt sander cannot handle sanding of decking sanding and that i would rather take a voucher so i could buy my usual stock items during the week as I always do considering I spend nothing less than R16000.00 there every week, but oh no I was treated like I was a ******** or something The machine has now been booked in to some place for assessing but what assessing exactly as I made it clear the piece of **** worked but instead of me working it to death and losing the warranty i did what any normal person would.So now I must wait a week to either be refunded for something I dont want or be given the same one back! I think its pathetic that if you buy something going on what your staff have been trained on and it turns out to be the complete opposite that the person who pays your salaries must suffer ! Unbelievable honestly If it means driving to mica and paying more then shell be it but I will never spend another god damn cent with builders express norwood
