Builders Express Northmead do not value their customers

Builders Express in Northmead, Benoni, has to be the worst store with regard to Customer Service. My husband has had endless problems, with no assistance on the Customer Service Desk, despite staff seeing him standing there. Even the floor manager seemed to have no co-operation from his staff. My husband refuses to go to the Northmead store again, and would rather drive any distance than support them.
