Builders Express Northmead

I never have a great experience in this store. The builders express in Northmead continues to offer POOR customer service, this branch needs a serious wake up call, I walked into today and heard 2 customers asking for assistances and the staff just looked around and hoped someone would step up and assist. I think the store owner should consider sending a few of his staff to the Boksburg branch to understand TRUE service.
