BUILDERS EXPRESS NON-SERVICE

I ordered a patio chair online early on 31 January 2022. I received a confirmation email with a delivery date of 4/02/2022. At 14.30 on 4/02/2022, having not heard from them I phoned to enquire what time I could expect delivery. Then I was told that they were out of stock and wouldn't have new stock for 2 -3 weeks. I cancelled the order and requested a refund to be told that because I had paid by EFT, I would have to collect it in store. I had gone the online route as I am disabled and my husband doesn't have a car and walks with difficulty. We had to arrange transport for him to collect the refund. I emailed them on 5/02/2022, but have not received a reply. I definitely would not advise anyone to make use of their online facility. Valerie Makkink
