Builders Express Hillcrest - No Customer Service at all !!!

I'm receiving very bad service from Builders Express in Hillcrest. I purchased a grass cutting machine from them and the very first day off purchase it was faulty when I took it to them the manager said me that i cant get refunded as it has to to Ryobi to get assessed. I was told to wait 14 to 21 days. It came back faulty again. Its been 4 times with them already for repair and they still saying me they can't pass me credit. I paid R3000 for a machine that Builders had with them, more than me.
