Please pass congratulations to Rowena Van der Merwe who came to our rescue recently regarding the warrantee / guarantee period of a Makita drilling machine. Nothing was too much for, she quickly summed up the situation and decided to drive the repair quotation home. Congratulations must also go to Brain and Vic (the new manager no ***) who were very professional in executing excellent client communication s****s.

As the manager in charge of those persons, you proved to have set the bar high and in my opinion successfully passed the test in excellent service delivery.

Your good work should not go unnoticed however. It is persons like you that is prepared to go the extra mile that make a difference in today’s world. If only others app**** of what they displayed the entire world will be a much better place.

To show my appreciation, I think it is only fair that management is made aware of the jewel/s that they have in having somebody like you in their employment. I know that Rowena will climb the corporate ladder of success with her professional attitude and that you as the employer will ultimately reap the fruits of success through her dedication and commitment.

I was previously under the impression that that such excellent service is simply no longer existent in South Africa. Wow what a surprise!! There aren’t enough words to show my appreciation for the special way in which you all dealt with my specific case (true professionals).

Those identifying your s****s and ability must also be congratulated in their excellent choice in employing his services.
