Builders Express Florida Glen continuously overcharging.Please check your slip.

I have on numerous occasions highlighted that the pricing at Builders express Florida glen is incorrect .On more than 10 occasions have i been overcharged at least 10 Rand extra on small items. Today 04/03/2022 i went there again to buy HTH a pool broom/Brush and a aluminium pool pole.The price on the aluminium pole was listed as R260 and after i paid i realized the had charged more than R500 for the pole. I went back to the counter immediately and the manager (Banele) arrived and said the price is actually for a 1.8 meter pole.They then scanned the 1.8 meter pole and yet again this pole came on their system as R480 as opposed to R260. I then asked them to reverse all the items i had purchased and return my money.On the other side of the counter there was a gentleman also having an argument for being overcharged .My concern is that we buy multiple small items from Builders express Florida Glen and have been overcharged on so many occasions.The pricing and systems needs to be investigated as i'm sure this store makes Hundreds/Thousands if not more extra in revenue by the lack of competence in pricing items correctly .
