Builders express durban north disgusting service
I purchased a ginder from builders express in durban north. 2 days after purchasing I opened and used the grinder, which was faulty. Builders express refuses to carry the warranty and force yo send to their supplier for assessment. Leon play refuses for the builders express the store I purchased from to carry the warranty. I requested to speak to the branch manager who refused to come and face me as a client. The entire attitude and system at builders express is totally disgusting.

25 Oct 2023, 19:51So as pet our telephonic conversation, builders would call me back today. Which they have not! Instead they put up this act, make a call so that they can buy face and prove that they have responded yet still treat customers poorly. Absolutely disgusting before towards customers.

If this is the manner in which builders warehouse treats its customers it is totally disgusting. And this is something I am going to take to all social media platforms

I have spoken to our team in-store and they advised that the reason they sent the grinder off for inspection is that when they looked at the machine it seemed that it was dropped and they couldn't make a decision at the time you were in-store. They had to send it off you the supplier to check if it was a manufacturing issue or if it was dropped. JF
