Builders Express Delivery Cost!!!

Why have an online shop or offer delivery if you want to charge R1500 delivery for a R200 item??? That is absolutely ridiculous. All other online stores have a maximum delivery fee of R150? That is appalling. Do you guys use private limos to deliver your products?
