Builders express debacle

If I could give a review with zero stars I would. Builders express 6th Avenue is utterly despicable when it comes to their service. We recently bought a **** eater from them in which they sold us a faulty one with the wrong gut and two stroke oil as well. We then took it back to be fixed because it was faulty and they then proceeded to tell us it would take 2 weeks. It has been a month since we’ve seen our **** eater and in this month we received a phone call to say we must come collect our appliance for them to give us the completely incorrect appliance which is a demo model that does not work. We also have been told that the part that is faulty does not fall under guarantee and we need to pay in extra and every time we go in to speak to someone we get spoken to like we are stupid. Seriously disappointed in their service and would never ever purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone.
