Builders express Craighall Park - USELESS!

Each and every time I have attended Builders express Craighall Park it has been painful! The employees are lazy, ***********, rule and ******. On the last occasion, the rude cashier lady rung up the items to take with as delivery and the delivery items as take with items. I only noticed when I checked the slip at home! Unbelievable. On mt return there was no apologies - NOTHING! Even when I called the manager - he did absolutely nothing. I will never step another foot in this shop.
