Builders Express Craighall Park Falsely Advertising things

Dear Builders, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent experience. I was drawn to your business based on Alva CCR102 Double Burner Canister Stove that was advertised to be on sale. Unfortunately, upon visiting your location, I discovered that the advertised product was not as advertised after i drove all the way to their store and wasted my petrol.

This has has really resulted in a significant waste of my time and resources. I believe this is a clear case of false advertising, which is not only unprofessional but also *********. I hope you will take immediate steps to rectify this issue and prevent similar occurrences in the future. I would appreciate a prompt response to address this matter and also a refund for the purchase and my petrol.
