Builders Express Bedfordview - The worst of the worst!!!!

I purchased a fridge online on 07 July 2023. My mistake was allocating Builders Bedfordview to handle the order. Since then I have made countless calls to the store. Countless calls to the call centre. I have made 2 personal visits to the store to try complain yet to this day, 8 July 2023 i still have not received my fridge and worse no communication from the store. I have asked the manager of the store, Sipho, to call me numerous times yet nothing. The only person who seems to want to help is Mary-Beth from the contact centre but even she has been **** to by Sipho from the store. No one seems to know what is going on yet they were very quick to take the R20k i had to pay for the fridge and now everyone is quiet. This is the worst experience i have ever experienced from such a well established brand. It's like I am being ****med.
