Builders Express, Ballito

After checking for stock availability, told 2-3 days, ordered and paid. When paid were advised that delivery would possibly only be done in 5-7 days. Had builder on site waiting for stock. We then cancelled the order and requested a refund. Lolly, the manager said refund would be done within two days after I had signed and emailed refund form back. This was done the same day as form received. It is now 7 working days and refund has still not been done. I have phoned everyday and yesterday was advised by Anele that she had spoken to head office and money would be in account TODAY!! Surprise, money still not in account. Not only was the service at the branch bad but head office seems to be lacking in good service as well. Beware when dealing with Builders Express, Ballito!!
