Builders Express - Bad service!

I went to the store in Randburg today to get keys cut. The lady who helped me; 1. Was busy talking to other staff while working with me, as if I did not understand that I was the customer she was talking about. 2. She said she cannot help me find the key I want, and I asked her to at least try. 3. Out of 7 keys she could only cut 2?! The one key - DOES NOT FIT ANY LOC**** I was not happy with driving all the way and still come home with a key that does not work, and 5 that she could not help me with!
