Builders experience

Went to buy a fridge at Builders. Waited almost half an hour before someone went to find the assistant in our department. He asked what we wanted and immediately dissappeared to go and find out if there was stock. He was gone another 10 minutes only to come back and say there was no stock. He then tried to phone another branch to see if they had stock. They didn't even answer their phone. We eventually asked if we could buy the one on display. It took us a further 35 minutes to get the documentation to pay. Admittedly the experience when making payment was very smooth and the staff member was very helpful
