Builders East London is the WORSE

I have never heard such bull-**** in my life. Builders Warehouse East London is the worst, managed by Justin Thomas who is not willing to listen to customer.

We got a loan of R75000 to buy once off stock, thereafter the card for the loan will be distroyied. The terms and condition for the loan was said to be R75000 and we need to buy with an exect amount. From what we bought 25/10/2023 we have Rhinoglide and Rhinolite left overs that we would like to do an exchange and buy other material. The 1st time I called them about this matter was 11 April 2024 and they said I should take it to the Queenstown branch seens I am close to Queenstown. Queenstown branch said they won't take them I must take them back to where I bought them. Up until now I have been trying to exchange thses goods, and now they are saying they to do exchange after 6 months.

The stock in their store is more then 6 months and yet Builders is selling it to their customers. My point is they "justin thomas" haven't even looked at the material and He says that Builders cannot do an exchange.

Think twice before you go to builders in East London, they don't know what they are doing. And surely don't have customer service.

I have all the record when I called and whatsapp them in April about this matter.
