Dear Builders Warehouse Customer Service Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from the sales manager at the Hyper branch.

on 18.03.25 I visited the store to purchase a window, but it was sold out. A consultant offered to assist me in ordering the product and informed me that it was available at City View and Springfield and did not explain much about the price . However, when I arrived at those locations, I discovered that the price was R1999, not R1599 as indicated in the Hyper branch store.

When I called to speak to the manager at Builders Durban north, I was met with rudeness and aggression. The manager made it clear that he didn't care about my concerns and told me that I could "do what I want" no one will help me. He even made examples with other stores like truworths.

"he said if items are on sale the they don't order for you"

So I told him it was unnecessary to tell me about other stores since I called them and I find that very unprofessional for a manger to do that's. since I had to run around with my petrol.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary actions to address the issue.
