Builders don't know what going on in their own sto

I placed an order on the 20th August asking that it be delivered on the 22nd of august - C*** as early as possible. Come Saturday by 10:00 builders is still a no show, so I phone builders to find out where my delivery is, just to be told that they don't deliver on Saturdays. So now I have builders on site with no material, which by the way is costing me a R1000,00 for labour with nothing to show for it. Surely staff should know that they don't deilver on Saturdays and inform their customers as such...and even if a mistake was made couldn't someone have phoned me and tell me that they can deliver the items on Friday. This is unacceptable!!! And to make matters worse the staff member tells me to have a nice day....really can one be that insensitive...not only am I not getting anything done, but I have to pay labour fees for doing nothing!
